Braised Cabbage and Apple

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. red cabbage
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1-2 packets or 6-8 drops stevia
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • Lemon pepper

Directions:

Put cabbage and apple in small saucepan with enough water to allow to ‘braise’. Add vinegar, lemon pepper, and stevia to sweeten. Fold cabbage over and over to cook evenly.
