Ingredients:
- 4.5 oz. chicken breast
- 1/2 C chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 grissini (ground into powder)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning (optional)
- 1 pinch of salt
Directions:
Place all spices into a Ziplock bag, shake to mix. Add chicken to seasonings, shake and fully coat. Preheat medium saucepan over medium heat. Make sure pan is very hot before adding one-half of broth and coated chicken to pan. Use drops of water to brown chicken. Cook for about 3-4 mins per side adding more broth as it cooks down. *Garnished with iceberg lettuce and Italian parsley.
