Ingredients:
- 2 -6 ounce lobster tails
- ½ cup vegetable broth
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Pink salt and white pepper to taste
- 1 lemon cut for garnish
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Place tails on baking sheet. Cut top shell of lobster length wise. Pull apart slightly and season with broth, paprika, pink salt, and pepper. Broil for 5-10 minutes. (2 servings. Calories per serving: 168.)
