Cajun Shrimp Kabobs

(1 serving of vegetable)

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces cooked shrimp
  • Half lemon
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

Directions:

Place shrimp in bowl & add 1 tsp of Cajun Seasoning and toss to coat. Put shrimp on skewers. (if using wood skewers, remember to soak in water for at least 20 min. prior to use) Squeeze on lemon juice. Grill or broil until cooked through. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve. Tip: Add your vegetable serving of a tomato or onion to your kabob! (1 serving. Calories per serving: 112.)
