Ingredients:
- 4 ounce chicken breast
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 3 basil leaves (chopped)
- Pink salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 3 cup of spinach
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic and onion powder; grill the chicken; when done let rest for 5 minutes. Combine tomato, garlic and basil, add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle in a pinch of cayenne pepper (optional). Stir until well combined.
