Homemade Ketchup

Ingredients:

  • 2 (6 oz) cans of organic tomato paste
  • 1 1/3 C. apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 C. water
  • 3 tbsp. stevia extract
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:

Blend together in food processor until smooth. Put in small saucepan and heat on medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often. Let cool, then keep refrigerated.
