Ingredients:
- 1/4 C. white wine vinegar (sugar-free)
 - 2 tbsp. Italian herbs
 - dash of onion powder
 - salt and pepper, to taste
 - 3/4 C. water
 - dash of garlic powder
 - 1/4 tsp. horseradish powder
 - 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum (optional)
 
Directions:
Blend all ingredients thoroughly in blender. Store in glass container with lid in refrigerator.
