Blackened Chicken Salad

(1 serving of vegetable and 1 protein)

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces chicken cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 pinch of pink salt
  • 3 cups spinach

Directions:

Combine all spices and rub on chicken. Grill until cooked. Serve over spinach. (Serving size: 1 serving. Calories per serving: 211.)
