Shredded Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 4.5 oz. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 tbsp. Planet Wellness safe BBQ Sauce
  • 2-3 Large Lettuce Leaves

Directions:

Preheating your over to 350 degrees. Place chicken in an over-safe dish. Bake until done and chicken juices run clear. Once the chicken has cooled to the point where you can handle the meat, shred the chicken. Place chicken in a bowl, add BBQ sauce, and toss until the chicken is completely covered. Wrap the chicken in lettuce leaves, for taco-style dining. Top with more BBQ sauce is desired. *Use Hydro Lettuce if you can, it wraps better.
