Beef Bourguignon

Ingredients: 4.5 oz. beef cubed 3 tbsp. tomato paste 1 clove garlic crushed and sliced Pinch of marjoram 1 C. beef broth or water 1 tbsp. chopped onion Pinch of dried thyme Salt & pepper to taste Directions: Lightly braise beef cubes with onion and garlic. Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Add liquid ingredients and spices. Slow cook for a minimum of 30 minutes or until beef is tender. Italian Beef Roll Ups

Ingredients: 4.5 oz. lean flank steak Finely chopped cabbage 1 C. beef broth or water 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp. Bragg’s liquid aminos 1 clove garlic crushed and minced 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 tsp. Italian herb mix Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Tenderize steak with manual meat tenderizer until flat and thin.
