Mini Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

(1 serving of vegetable and 1 protein) Ingredients: 4 ounces chicken or ground beef 3 big cabbage leaves 1 cup shredded cabbage 1/8 teaspoon onion salt 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon Asian spices 1⁄2 teaspoon powdered stevia Directions: Cut cabbage leaves in half and steam for 5 minutes.
